Matience request

Recently submitted a work request for my washer not draining, when I asked one of the matience guys they said it might take a lil while which I didn't mind. But they came and fixed it that next week.(I was expecting a longer wait) but I am extremely happy with the job they did and how nice they were. They even came back afterwards to make sure it was working correctly. Great team here!

Living at Highpointe

I’ve just hit 4 years in the same unit here, and decided to renew for more, in a bigger space. The office and maintenance crews both have become really very effective and easy to work with the last couple years, and that made the difference between getting a bigger space here at Highpointe, or getting a comparable space elsewhere. Neighbors are friendly and everyone is pretty great about keeping up on dog walk maintenance! Looking forward to checking out a new space and a new area of the community.

Love the community, people are very friendly. If you are looking for a nice and peaceful place to live come to High Pointe. Ps the staff are very helpful and willing to help. I have live here for 1 year and a half.

Living Experience

I moved to Harrisburg from California never having lived on my own before and moving in to HighPointe was perfect for me. Never had any issues with any of the staff or neighbors. Everyone was very helpful and friendly to me throughout my entire year there. Nice gym, nice pool, well kept. I only moved because a friend of mine was looking for a roommate, otherwise I would've stayed. Great place to live from my experience there.
